HGV Class 1 Driver – Silvertown (Afternoon Shifts)

We’re currently looking for an experienced HGV Class 1 Driver to join a key client based in Silvertown, East London.

Schedule: Monday to Friday ⏰ Shift: Afternoon start times (Approx 3/4pm) Duration: 2-month (8 Week) project with the potential for extension

Role Overview: This role involves trunk runs between two local sites, only a short distance apart — no multi-drop work. You’ll be responsible for the safe and timely movement of goods between the two locations, maintaining professionalism and adhering to all site and road safety standards.

Valid HGV Class 1 (C+E) licence

Valid Driver CPC and Digital Tachograph Card

*

Minimum 12 months Class 1 driving experience preferred

Strong communication skills and commitment to safety

Reliable and punctual attitude

Pay: Competitive hourly rate (based on experience)
