What you'll do as a General Manager...
Collaborate with your business development manager and management team to grow pub sales.
Lead by example and bring our brand to life through your team, delivering exceptional experiences for customers.
Champion brand standards and ensure customer and team safety at all times.
High standards and attention to detail in all aspects of pub management.
Previous success at the General Manager level is desirable, from hospitality, retail, or other fast-paced backgrounds, with the right attitude and outlook.
