We are looking for driven, enthusiastic Student Recruiters to join our team on a commission-only basis to promote and recruit learners for fully funded degree programmes in partnership with Cecos College Birmingham.

If you have experience in recruitment, sales, education, or community engagement, this is a great opportunity to earn excellent commission while helping others access free, career-building education.

Courses Available:

• BA (Hons) Health and Social Care
• BA (Hons) Business Management (Sustainability)
• Top-Up Degrees for those with HND Level 5 or equivalent

Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage potential students via social media, community outreach, events, etc.
• Promote the benefits of the courses and guide them through the initial registration process
• Maintain contact with interested leads and ensure a smooth handover to our admissions team
• Must be based in the UK
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident using WhatsApp, Facebook, or other platforms to network
• Motivated and target-driven – previous sales/recruitment experience is a plus

Earnings:

Commission-only structure – high earning potential for those who can consistently bring in learners. (Rates discussed at interview)
