What Youll Do

As a Barista: Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages. Operate espresso machines and other coffee equipment. Deliver exceptional customer service with a smile.

As a Shop Assistant: Assist customers with purchases and provide product recommendations. Restock and organize merchandise. Maintain a clean and inviting shop area. Handle transactions at the till. *Open/Close the shop *Liaise with Suppliers

What Were Looking For Previous barista, retail, or customer service experience (preferred but not required were happy to train you!). A passion for coffee and a willingness to learn. Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused. Strong multitasking and communication skills. Flexibility to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed. A team player with a positive attitude. *Motivated candidate with desire to progress to managerial role
